Andrew has over 25 years experience in the securities industry, the past 10 as CCO and CFO of Hedgebay Securities, a FINRA regulated Broker Dealer specializing in illiquid and alternative assets. Andrew was appointed to the North Regional board advising FINRA, is a certified arbitrator and serves as an officiant for the Office of Hearing Officials. Andrew began his career on Wall Street trading on the floor of the NYSE and earned his graduate degree from Georgetown University, his MBA from NYU’s Stern school of business, an advanced degree in accounting from Fairfield University and a BA in Business from Franklin & Marshall College.

As our CCO/CFO, Andrew provides us with the opportunity to go deeper in our due diligence and ask questions from a regulatory perspective. We believe his value add extends to both the firm and our investors, ensuring a more kosher approach to investments.
